Parametricism and Virtuality

Parametricism is the "maximal emphasis on conspicuous differntiation and the visual amplification of differentiating logics" said by Patrik Schumacher.I think it's good that there are buildings that can be easily noticed, using different style, shape, form, and material. Just like Zaha Hadid the queen of futuristic. But it doesn't mean that "maximal emphasis on conspicuous differntiation" must be curves all the time. It just to be something outstanding. If we will look at the past 100 years. We might noticed that it has been changing a lot from stupa, romanesque or pyramid. Then it becomes rectangular minimalism. And next it might be pure curve. Trend starts and everyone follows. Until everyone has followed and the new trend start. It's like a continuous loop of adapting and competing to be outstanding. Maybe one day, when everything is curve, a rectangular form might starts again.

Virtuality or virtual is something that's really realistic but not. It makes you feel it's real and you are being or being a part of it. I'm not sure whether virtuality is similar to simulation or hyperreality. But the best example that could explain this should a game such as the sim social or counter strike which it makes you feel like you are really the character as because you can customize yourself or have something that refer to your real life identity.
